Giving Tuesday Campaign Supports Emergency Bursary Fund

This year our Giving Tuesday campaign is in support of the Sister Legere Emergency Bursary Fund.

 

This time of year is already stressful enough for students: second semester tuition payments loom over them, the holidays are approaching, and exams are only a few weeks away. Adding an emergency to this stress can be catastrophic.

 

The Sister Legere Emergency Bursary Fund helps alleviate unexpected financial burdens and allows students to focus on being students.

 

The money we raise this year on Giving Tuesday will directly help a student in need. 

 

Ways to Help                                                                          

 

1 - Text-to-Give

 

This is an extremely easy and efficient way to give to St. Thomas. Just use your cellular phones to text STU to 45678 and a one time gift of $10.00 will be donated to the STU Emergency Bursary Fund.

 

How does it work?

Once you have texted STU to 45678 the one time gift of $10.00 will be reflected on your next phones bill.
